I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The swim-up room with its own bar and food was spacious and lovely but unfortunately, some areas were in awful condition. The service, especially from the activities team, was very nice and helpful, although the room service could be more attentive. The location was excellent, giving a jungle vibe with a private beach while being close to old Vallarta. The dining experience, especially the risotto, was delicious but somewhat inconsistent. Despite some drawbacks, the facilities overall were satisfactory.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The location was superb, right by the beach and with many restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The dining experience could be improved with more breakfast options, but overall, it's a great place to be. The price was fair, but I wish Wi-Fi was included without extra charges.
The hotel has clean and nice rooms with a very comfortable bed for a relaxing sleep, but they look worn out. The service was extremely friendly and helpful, offering a wide range of activities to enjoy. The location is secluded but still accessible for day trips into town, though music and loud guests could be a nuisance. The dining experience was epic with a variety of themed restaurants. Overall, a mixed experience with good service and dining but average rooms and noisy surroundings.
